There’s a certain warmth to a casino that doesn’t just want your deposit – it wants you to feel like you belong. https://casino-and-friends.co.uk/ gets that. From the moment you land, the tone is less “transaction” and more “come hang out.” The name isn’t just branding; it’s a promise. And after spending real time there, I can say it mostly delivers.

You Get a Welcome That Actually Welcomes

Most casinos throw a bonus at you and call it done. Casino and Friends gives you 125 free spins on Book of Dead with a £10 deposit. No deposit match, no confusing tiers. You put in a tenner, you get 125 spins worth £0.10 each. The catch is a 60x wagering requirement on winnings – steep but beatable if you plan your play. You’ve got 30 days to clear it, and only slots count. Here’s how to claim it:

1. Sign up for a Casino and Friends account
2. Deposit at least £10
3. Receive 125 bonus spins on Book of Dead
4. Wager the bonus winnings 60x within 30 days
5. Withdraw your winnings

7,200 Games and a Whole Bunch of Friends to Play With

The game library is massive – over 7,200 titles, and it shifts as new releases arrive. The site works with nearly 80 providers, so you’re never short of choice. The big names are all here:

• Pragmatic Play
• Play’n GO
• NetEnt
• Big Time Gaming
• Nolimit City
• Relax Gaming
• Push Gaming

But the smaller studios – Pulse 8, Barcrest, Foxium – bring just as much creativity. Every game uses RNG tech, so outcomes are fair. Megaways fans get around 300 titles, including Piggy Riches Megaways and Extra Juicy Megaways. Jackpot chasers will find Age of the Gods, Fire Blaze Xtreme, and Lunar Link. No Mega Moolah, though – a small miss in an otherwise stacked lineup.

Paying In and Cashing Out – No Drama

Deposits start at £10, withdrawals at £30. The casino follows a closed-loop system, so you usually cash out using the same method you deposited with. If that method doesn’t support payouts, you verify another option in your name. Here’s the full breakdown:

Big wins over £5,000 take longer to process – the team needs to verify with third parties. Standard for UK-licensed casinos, but worth knowing so you don’t panic when the payout doesn’t land in 24 hours.

Loyalty That Doesn’t Ask You to Jump Through Hoops

The loyalty programme runs from Level 1 to 56, and you’re in from the moment you sign up. Every deposit and bet pushes you forward. Not every tier guarantees a bonus, but the higher you climb, the better the perks – spin bundles, bingo tickets, mystery boxes. You never lose progress or drop down levels, which is a refreshing change from casinos that reset your status every month.

Support That Actually Helps

The FAQ covers most common questions, but when you need a real person, live chat is the way to go. It starts with a chatbot that handles the basics, but you can escalate to a human agent easily. The team is calm, professional, and answers clearly. Email support is there for non-urgent stuff. No phone line, but the chat is fast enough that you won’t miss it.

Practical Takeaway

Casino and Friends works best if you’re a slot player who values variety and a social-feeling environment. The 60x wagering on the welcome bonus is the main friction point, so come in with a plan and a budget. Stick to slots, use the search bar and filters to find your games fast, and keep an eye on the promotions page for regular offers. The site is fully optimised for mobile, the loyalty programme is fair, and the support team actually listens. If you’re looking for a casino that treats you like a regular rather than a number, this one’s worth a spin.
