Once you find a home, make an offer and negotiate until you have a contract.
Submit your contract to your CrossView mortgage loan originator and lock your interest rate.
Once your contract is approved, your CrossView mortgage loan originator will order the appraisal for the subject property.
Select your homeowner's insurance agent and submit to your CrossView mortgage loan originator.
Your CrossView mortgage loan originator will contact you once your loan has received initial underwriting approval. You may be asked to provide additional information.
Once underwriting is satisfied with your information you will receive a clear to close status.
Once you receive the clear to close status, you will be scheduled for your actual closing.
